Runway lighting environment testing

Following on from my initial look at CAT III runway approach lighting I've dropped the entire lighting setup into a landscape to make sure things work as expected.

In this case I've picked Innsbruck Airport specifically because the aerodrome is nestled deep inside a valley, with dramatic mountains rising around it.

Category III runway approach lighting is an essential tool for pilots landing in low visibility conditions. Here, I am still doing look development, rather than concentrating on accuracy.

Runway 26 at Innsbruck is currently fitted with an ALSF-I lighting system, whereas I've initially developed a ALSF-II setup. Eventually I'll add switches within Houdini to swap out one system for another.
